Does Satan have an agenda with the born-again Christian?
If we are in a spiritual war, what else is happening that we must be aware of?
The Devil has a three-part plan, one is to attack the Christian through the food we eat, the second is through the music we listen to, and lastly with the clothes we wear. All of the three areas, open up other avenues that the deceiver uses to his advantage to directly attack the church, like the sex industry. In 1972 there was a fifty-two-week oral toxicity study performed on innocent baby monkeys, one died and many suffered seizures, when they were forced fed aspartame. So, what is Aspartame?
Aspartame is an artificial, non-saccharide sweetener used as a sugar substitute in some foods and beverages. In the European Union, it is codified as E951. According to the top doctors and researchers on this sweetener, aspartame causes a headache, memory loss, seizures, vision loss, coma and cancer. It worsens or mimics the symptoms of such diseases and conditions as fibromyalgia, MS, lupus, add, diabetes, Alzheimer’s, chronic fatigue and depression. Further dangers highlighted is that aspartame liberates free methyl alcohol. The resulting chronic methanol poisoning affects the dopamine system of the brain causing addiction. Methanol, or wood alcohol, constitutes one-third of the aspartame molecule and is classified as a severe metabolic poison and narcotic. It has also been linked to the increased risk of the premature births in the woman. It is fashioned by genetically modified bacteria in a secret genetic engineering process. Aspartame is the faecal matter of the E-Coli bacteria after feeding it toxic waste and it defecates aspartame. So, we have a sweetener in our food that affects the key parts of the human body. Seventy-five per cent of all processed foods on the supermarket shelves— from soda to soup, crackers to condiments contain genetically engineered ingredients. The long-term effects of these foods on human health and ecology are still unknown, and public concerns have been steadily intensifying. Everywhere we look today we see magazines, books and DVDs regarding health and diet. The industries instruct us to consume the meat for protein, the water for hydration but it’s full of fluoride, and the milk for calcium but it’s species-specific?
The Unclean foods all have a target and a cause that Satan administers as a tool to affect the human body, if we are sick how can we be an effective Christian?
If the devil is targeting the body to what degree is his folly?
What is Satan’s aim on the earth today?
To stop all of the human life from receiving salvation. He knows his time is short and Christ will come back soon, so he will put his counterfeit mark on anything that will hinder the born-again Christian. Aspartame is a Federal drug administration approved or FDA for short. Some of the FDA-approved medical drugs kill 106,000 Americans per year, that’s a million killings per decade.

Satan is the major magnetism on the ideals, opinions, goals, hopes and views of the majority of the people. His dominion also encompasses the world’s philosophies, education, false science and commerce. The thoughts, ideas, speculations and false religions of the world are all under his control and have sprung from his lies and deceptions to all the great atheist minds of the day. Satan is also called the “prince of the power of the air” the Bible teaches:
Ephesians 2:2
“In which you once walked, following the course of this world, following the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that is now at work in the sons of disobedience.”
And he is also the ruler of this world apart from the righteous born-again Christians:
John 12:31
“Now is the judgment of this world; now will the ruler of this world be cast out.”
Satan’s scheme includes promoting the false science that blind the unbeliever to the truth of the Gospel, through food, music and clothing, and from these major groups spider web other categories promoting and interlacing the brand Lucifer. As a master of persuasion, Satan easily deceives mankind into focusing on anything but the Father in heaven. Through the theory of evolution, for example, he has convinced the world that God doesn’t exist and deceived just as many through the schooling network at a young age. When we understand the magnitude of Satan’s deception, we can better grasp the roots of so many of humanity’s problems. Collectively we have had thousands of years to experiment with the governments, philosophies and ways of living better morally, so why have we been unable to solve our problems?
Why do so many hardships persist year after year, century after century?
Why are there so many prayer requests for the healing of God’s people?
The Christian population are just as tormented and experiencing physical problems to the same percentages as the non-Christian community. Satan’s first attempt to deceive mankind took place in the Garden of Eden using the food that was pleasing to the eye but had side effects of the spiritual death once consumed. Yet the Makers instructions were ignored as Eve was deceived by clever counterfeit information that morphed over millennia to encompass many industries that we now take for granted. Since the great biblical flood, God’s historic providence in providing a dependable cycle of annual seasons has been routine:
Genesis 8:22
“While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.”
God planned for the fruitful trees to provide sustenance for humans, generation after generation, as a long-term renewable food source, which would go hand in hand with mankind being stewards of the animals. Both resources were to be protected even during a crisis such as hostilities between the nations:
Deuteronomy 20:19-20
“When you besiege a city for a long time, making war against it in order to take it, you shall not destroy its trees by wielding an axe against them. You may eat from them, but you shall not cut them down. Are the trees in the field human, that they should be besieged by you? Only the trees that you know are not trees for food you may destroy and cut down, that you may build siegeworks against the city that makes war with you until it falls.”
God highlighted the importance of following the correct guidelines in another command to his chosen people for food availability over the generations:
Deuteronomy 22:6-7
“If you come across a bird’s nest in any tree or on the ground, with young ones or eggs and the mother sitting on the young or on the eggs, you shall not take the mother with the young. You shall let the mother go, but the young you may take for yourself, that it may go well with you, and that you may live long.”
This reproduction-driven multi-generational provision was preprogrammed by the creator with each fruit’s biogenetic reproductive capacity encoded within its seeds, as Genesis teaches humankind at the “beginning.”

“And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so. And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good.”
In Genesis 1:29 the creator’s original diet for mankind was primarily a raw plant based diet, which later remodelled to the addition of clean meats after the biblical flood, as at that time there was no food, or crop cycle established. Noah had around seven thousand animals to feed on the Ark and it is estimated it would have taken around thirty years to get a well-established food source up and running. Satan started early in his next deception by heightening the taste buds of mankind, to the defining tastes of the satisfactory diet so we would crave the animal meat which is actually dead flesh. So, from the living nutritious plants, humankind succumbed to the flesh in the food, which the animals had also already consumed the living plants. So now mankind would eat the flesh, and soon would walk in the flesh and not in the spirit.

And God said, “Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the face of all the earth, and every tree with seed in its fruit. You shall have them for food.”

So, what is the dietary laws set out by God in Leviticus:
The clean fish must have scales and fins. Bass, cod, flounder, grouper, salmon, snapper, trout and tuna all fit this category. Since catfish, lobsters, crabs, shrimp and many other water creatures do not have fins and scales, God teaches that we should not consume them as they are filter feeders. Animals must have cloven or (divided) hooves and chew the cud. These types of animals include antelope, cattle, goat, elk and deer. On the other hand, rabbits and pigs do not qualify as being clean and good to eat, as they are scavengers. Most insects are not good to eat, but God teaches that some insects, such as locusts, grasshoppers and crickets, are okay to consume as mentioned in (Leviticus 11:22).
In the Old Testament, the Mosaic laws were established and the dietary mandate went hand in hand, to protect and nourish the chosen people of God. This law would not have been needed if the man had followed God’s instructions not to eat from the Tree of good and Evil. But since the spirit of disobedience guides many today in the modern world, Satan interlaced his ideas that the unclean animals tasted the best. So, God carefully restricted unclean meats in Israel and commanded them to consume the foods rich in the nutrients that support the body which would later house the indwelled Holy Spirit. The Heathens around had excepted Satan’s offer of excess, and the foods that harmed the body, so this is one reason why God set Israel apart so that they would not follow the other nations dietary and living habits. The climate was vastly different to what we see today, correct agricultural procedures were adhered to and global warming was yet to bite hard around the globe. As stewards of the animals, the Maker designed humankind to utilise and manage all the resources God provides for the glory of God and the betterment of his creation. So, this simply means we are administrators acting on his behalf. Nothing really belongs to us, we are responsible for how we treat the animals, and what we do with them. One day each one of us will give an account of how we have managed the animals that were given to us. So, step in Satan who counterfeits human stewardship. God never originally intended mankind to eat meat. The Lord killed the first animal to clothe Adam and Eve after their eyes were open to their nakedness, and as we find later in Leviticus certain animals were required to be sacrificed for mankind’s sins for atonement until Christ became the ultimate blood sacrifice for our transgressions. After the Devil intensified the taste buds, so humankind craved the meat he also warped the human mind in modern times, as we moved away from God, to harbour barbaric ways of execution just like when Christ was crucified on the cross, and the slaughterhouse was born. What actually goes on in the animal slaughterhouse?

The animal is stressfully led into a carbon dioxide gas chamber before being bled.
Captive Bolt Stunner:
A forced blow to the head leaves the animal unconscious before they are bled.
Gunshot:
The animal is shot in the head and “presumed” dead before being bled.

Provides surgical anaesthesia throughout the bleeding of the animal.
Is this what God had in mind for the correct biblical stewardship?
All mammals have basic emotions, which are fundamental to survival. Emotions can be described as seeking, fear, care, lust, panic and play. In fact, the “lower” the cognitive ability, the higher the emotional dependence. The most obvious example is the fear, any prey animal without fear would not last long. A predator that did not have the “seeking” emotion would starve to death. Without a bonding emotion, the dependent offspring would never survive. Satan twisted the human concept of “empathy”, which is an emotion found in most mammals with a cooperative social survival structure. It is the same process in the parent-offspring bond and has its roots in the chemical processes of the brain and relates to the specific strategy of the species. I realize it takes away from the romantic idea that our dogs truly “love” us, but it is a part of their biology of survival to do so. The domestic dog’s survival depends on his human bond his entire life. It is in his best interest to “love” us unconditionally and protect us. Humans in turn bond to our dogs as if they were dependent child. We both get benefits. It’s a mutually beneficial relationship that has made the domestic dog one of the most successful and unique mammals on earth today. In the last fifty years, the food we consume is vastly different from two thousand years ago. Satan has cleverly warped the minds of the scientists to inject the hormones, antibiotics and chemicals not fit for human consumption and then made processed foods that are not natural. Interlaced together we have a packaged time-bomb designed for further destruction in the microwave. The transportation encompasses the earth and the spider web of ill-health leaches into every modern household. In 2005 a report was published that our children would not outlive the parents?
Let’s remember the Devil’s tactics is to destroy the child, through food, music and false science. If the children can’t look after their mother and father, which is part of the Ten Commandments to “Honor your mother and Father” because they are not outliving them, then of cause if one parent dies the individual is left alone to fend for themselves. The diseases like obesity, cancer, diabetes, Alzheimer’s and stroke was not seen in biblical times. The devil knows that through suffering mankind can be pacified and controlled. Physical health is crucial for the correct balance of the immune system, which includes biblical training. Leviticus has many truths for mankind and describes that the body fluids can be a vehicle for transmitting disease, this is now supported by the science in a recent study found in men’s semen:
“Detection means that evidence of viral genetic material or viral protein was found in men’s semen. One of the reasons viruses remain in the semen for so long is that the testicles have something Dr Amesh Adalja, an infectious disease doctor at Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security, who spoke to NPR, calls “privilege” (the actual scientific name for it. That means the immune system doesn’t police the testicles as well as other organs,” he says. “So, the testes kind of serve as this sanctuary site where viruses can kind of steer clear of the immune system.”
Why do so many people seek prayer to be healed of the sickness, rather than following the guidelines already set out in the Bible?
Because they think it will never happen to them. Even unbelievers turn to different methods in times of hardship, when an unbeliever does not receive anything, this just strengthens his mind that there is no God. But think about it logically why would a Father in heaven give you anything if you don’t believe or love him?
Even born-again Christians suffer, but we don’t blame God, as though the suffering many people can come to the Lord and repent their sins, then what has happened?
Evil has been used for good whether you like it or not. That’s why the Lord allows the evil to sit side by side for a short time until Jesus Christ returns. The human body acquires the disease by inherited toxins, physical toxins, and spiritual toxins. Over the generations from biblical times, we have inherited toxins from each generation as Satan adapted the foods we consume, through technology and the need for “speed” in everything we do. Satan has also counterfeited his own bible, which conflicts with the original scripture, so we see today messages from the Torah watered down, altered and confusion sets in, then later the civil laws changed to suit mankind’s needs and desires. We are a nation with an abundance of food all around the globe yet we have become nutrient deficient?
If we walk down the high street today there are shops full of supplement tablets for health, surely the alarm bells must be ringing in your mind?
Manmade pollutants, pesticides, fertilisers and cosmetics just add to a global nightmare. Satan’s deception goes even further to the food industries to bend to the culture. Each industry has its own trade laws to protect its ingredients, but this is an elaborate cover to control humankind so that we get sick, and by the medication, the side effects lead to other miseries. If we are admitted to hospital many older people are placed on a drip and waste away, as they become progressively weaker. This is one way of controlling population growth. Why do they tell us in modern times to only have one child?
The advertisements, false science, TV and media have all been skilfully used and twisted by the Devil to mislead the public for centuries, targeting mainly the child. This includes trying to site temptation by the eye, by enticing boxes, sweet wrappers, or celebrities endorsing a product as trendy. This then interlaced with the music and the clothing industries, appeals to the parents to spend their hard-earned cash. “Taste” has been so enhanced in some products it causes addiction and is not in Gods original plan. The Pharmaceutical company go hand in hand with the industries, and all have side effects which hinder the spiritual growth even further. The Greek word for pharmaceutical is actually Pharmakia which actually means to practise drugs, witchcraft or sorcery which is against the flesh, and God’s spirit working efficiently and effectively within us. All the drugs affect the brain to some degree, blocking messages to the receptors. This is another ploy by Satan to trick the body into thinking it is not in pain, we must remember the Devil is the author of lies. How many people actually read the side effects list in a box of over the counter drugs?
In the 1900s mankind made huge progress in packaging and processing foods, which took off big time in the 1950s. The processed foods are basically dead nutritionally and not classed as a whole food source. Mankind then uses a microwave mostly to heat this product up and destroys any nutrients that might have been in the modified source. The immune system today is under attack from many sources, and some are not that obvious. Toxins enter the body through the skin, lungs, mouth, eyes and ears. I add the eyes and ears as many things we do from watching porn to listening to the wrong types of music all have a detrimental effect on our overall health. We should all be making our own foods using trusted organic produce with the children, to pass on knowledge to future generations, and drinking water that has no fluoride inside. Fluoride is known to cause cancer and nullifies the brain, and in 1952 there was evidence it shortens life, causes headaches, fatigue and birth defects. There is also no proper evidence it supports dental health, and of cause, it’s in our toothpaste. A baby crawling on the floor in the modern household is likely to breathe in the equivalent of four cigarettes per day from carpet dust, mould and dust mites. From a biblical perspective, many people can mock the Bible but many diseases can be prevented by taking heed to God’s Word. God allows suffering for a reason as we noted earlier, so we should all try to prevent ill-health as much as possible, even though Satan has the industries in a stranglehold, as our bodies are a temple of the Holy Spirit. So, what about the dairy?
God fashioned the mother’s cows to produce the right amount of milk to feed and nourish her calf, not humankind. A cow’s natural lifespan is around twenty-five years but the dairy industry ends its existence in about four or five years. The cows were meant to roam and forage free not confined and force-fed. 2016 was dubbed the “Year of the Vegan” by PETA and with a 360% increase in veganism over the past ten years, it’s one of the fastest-growing lifestyle movements in the UK. According to social research agency NatCen, as many as 3 in 10 Brits have consciously cut back on their meat consumption since the beginning of last year with 53% of those for health reasons. Indeed, in 2015, the World Health Organisation placed red and processed meats in the same category of a health risk as tobacco and asbestos if consumed excessively. As for the argument that we need dairy products because they contain calcium, this is completely wrong, Plant quotes the World Health Organisation’s finding that countries that have the lower intakes of calcium do not have any increase in osteoporosis. Scientific studies on calcium absorption have shown that only 18 to 36 per cent of the calcium in milk is absorbed into the human body. The Bible never instructs mankind that we should drink cow’s milk. The tribes of Israel drank the sheep’s milk:
Deuteronomy 32:14-16
“Curds from the cattle, and milk of the flock, with fat of lambs; and rams of the breed of Bashan, and goats, with the choicest wheat; and you drank wine, the blood of the grapes. But Jeshurun grew fat and kicked; you grew fat, you grew thick, you are obese!”
The tribes of Israel also drank the goat’s milk:
Proverbs 27:27
“You shall have enough goats’ milk for your food, for the food of your household, and the nourishment of your maidservants.”
Goats were reared principally for their milk and for good reason, the goat’s milk avoids most of the problems associated with the cow’s milk, but note I said most. Without proper education, we have been indoctrinated with the message we should all consume dairy products for optimal health. The Bible was recorded long before the industrial and agricultural revolution, and the dairy did not go through the process of pasteurisation, and other procedures. Also in biblical times, animals were farmed differently, they were free-range, the feed did not have certain chemicals that are the standard procedure today, and certainly, no synthetic fertilisers or pesticides, hormone injections and treatments with antibiotics did not exist. There is a wonderful rise in the alternating farming methods in modern times as well as returning to the old established proven ways of farming. People can criticise the holy scripture but are finding that the truth always prevails in the end.
Exodus 3:8
“So, I have come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians, and to bring them up from that land to a good and large land, to a land flowing with milk and honey.”
Milk and honey are generally accepted as a metaphor meaning all good things or God’s blessings; and that the Promised Land must have been a land of extraordinary fertility, befitting for God’s chosen people. The word translated as “flowing” comes from the verb “Zoov” which means to flow or to gush. The apostles embraced and preserved a life of fasting and abstinence from the wine and the meat. We must remember that the wine in the bible can mean unfermented or fermented, scripture does not distinguish between the two. It makes no sense that Jesus and the apostles would have drunk alcoholic wine, which would have hindered the vital ministry of God, let alone make around thirteen vats of water into alcoholic wine as his first miracle at the wedding. Why would the Son of God, lower himself to the temptation, including his holy disciples to the power of drink?
So unfermented or grape juice in its natural state which is extremely good for the human body was consumed. St Peter is quoted to have eaten seeds, nuts, vegetables and no meat, and is quoted to have said:
“I live on olives and bread to which I rarely only add vegetables.”
Did Jesus reject the Passover meal?
The Pope his holiness Pope Benedict X1V said he probably followed the Qumran calendar celebrated without the lamb. The apostles were vegetarian, James the brother of Jesus was vegetarian and also drank no wine. So it’s likely and my belief that the son of God was also vegetarian. Much of the fat in milk and dairy foods are saturated fat, for older children and adults eating too much fat can contribute to excess energy intakes, leading to becoming overweight. A diet high in saturated fat can also lead to the raised levels of cholesterol in the blood, and this can put you at an increased risk of a heart attack or stroke. Most cheeses including brie, stilton, cheddar, Lancashire and double Gloucester contain between 20g and 40g of fat per 100g. Foods that contain more than 17.5g of fat per 100g are considered high in fat. Some cheeses can also be high in salt (more than 1.5g salt per 100g is considered high). Eating too much there are some cheeses and other dairy products that you should avoid during pregnancy, as they may make you ill or harm your baby. Pregnant women should not drink unpasteurized goats or sheep’s milk, or eat some foods that are made with them, such as soft goats’ cheese. Pregnant women should avoid soft blue cheeses, and soft cheeses such as brie and camembert and others with a similar rind, whether pasteurised or unpasteurized, this is because they can contain high levels of listeria, which is a bacterium that can cause miscarriage, stillbirth or severe illness in a new-born baby. The department of health recommends exclusive breastfeeding (giving your baby breast milk only) for around the first six months of your baby’s life, cow’s milk should not be given as a drink to a child. Babies under a year old should not be given condensed milk, evaporated milk, dried milk or any other drinks referred to as milk, such as rice, oat or almond drinks. Breast milk is the biblical way and the correct way to bring up a child. Children between the ages of one and three need to have around 350mg of calcium a day, which can be achieved by the Daniel diet the perfect diet for God’s creation. Like cow’s milk, goats and sheep’s milk aren’t suitable as drinks for babies under a year old because they don’t contain the right balance of nutrients. Pasteurisation is a process of heat treatment intended to kill the bacteria and prevent food poisoning most milk and cream is pasteurised, if milk is unpasteurized, it is often called raw milk. This must carry a warning saying that it has not been pasteurised and may contain harmful bacteria. You can sometimes buy unpasteurized milk and cream from farms, farm shops and farmers’ markets, however, these could be harmful because they may contain bacteria that can cause food poisoning. Children, people who are unwell, pregnant women and older people are particularly vulnerable to food poisoning and so should not have unpasteurised milk or cream, or some dairy products made with unpasteurized milk. Lactose intolerance is a common digestive problem where the body is unable to digest lactose, a type of sugar mainly found in milk and dairy products. Lactose intolerance can cause symptoms such as bloating and diarrhoea. One type of milk allergy is known as IgE-mediated milk allergy, this can cause reactions that usually occur within a few minutes of having cows’ milk. It can cause severe reactions, but more often the symptoms are mild. Symptoms can include rashes (hives), swollen lips, diarrhoea, vomiting, stomach cramps and difficulty breathing. In some cases, milk allergy can cause anaphylaxis, this is a life-threatening allergic reaction that results in difficulty breathing, swollen lips or mouth, and collapse. If this happens, call 999 immediately and describe to the operator what is happening. Another type of milk allergy is known as non-IgE-mediated cows’ milk protein allergy. This has previously been referred to as cows’ milk protein intolerance. This type of allergy is distinct from IgE-mediated milk allergy and lactose intolerance. It can occur in adults but is more common in babies and children. Children with this allergy can experience symptoms the first time they drink cow’s milk. The symptoms include eczema, vomiting, diarrhoea and stomach cramps. Rashes (hives) and breathing problems do not occur. These are symptoms of IgE-mediated milk allergy.
So, with this in mind, you may ask why do we drink milk and consume dairy?
A well-cared dairy cow can on average produce around 40 litres a day of fresh milk, whereas a modified cow altered by mankind can produce 80 litres a day. The world record is 120 litres of milk which was forcefully produced for the higher production results with little care for the animal that must have been distressed, so cow’s milk today is generally not the biblical or natural way it’s produced. Science tells us we must consume dairy products for essential bone growth and is critical for children’s growth. Notice I said GROWTH. Human milk produced by women has the lowest protein content and the lowest Casein to whey which was published in Biology and Medicine 1990:193:143
Casein (/ˈkeɪs.ɪn/ or /ˈkeɪˌsiːn/, from Latin caseus, “cheese”) is the name for a family of related phosphoproteins (αS1, αS2, β, κ). These proteins are commonly found in mammalian milk, making up 80% of the proteins in cow’s milk and between 20% and 45% of the proteins in human milk. Casein is also species-specific for optimal digestion, so this informs us that the milk was designed for consumption by babies but does this include adults?
Is milk specifically designed by God for the function to help develop all the species from birth only?
Renin is also produced in animal milk, chymosin is a protein-digesting enzyme that curdles milk by transforming caseinogen into insoluble casein; it is found only in the fourth stomach of cud-chewing animals, such as cows. Its action extends the period in which milk is retained in the stomach of the young animal. In animals that lack rennin, milk is coagulated by the action of pepsin as is the case in humans. A commercial form of rennin, rennet, is used in manufacturing cheese and preparing junket or also known as curd.
The human brain is wonderfully developing all our life building the character of God if we are a born-again Christian with the indwelled Holy Spirit. After birth, a baby is also developing and requires food and education from its biblical parents to raise up Godly children able to go out into the world and raise their own family to continue the royal line of Gods children. Remember education is key and GROWTH should be in wisdom and not in prosperity, Jesus is the Word and the author of all knowledge and the Holy Spirit gives life. With this in mind, a baby cow is not interested in developing its brain it’s wired to build muscle quickly to achieve this.
Human milk is fashioned for brain development and it’s been scientifically proven that children have a lower IQ if they consume cow’s milk than their mother’s milk. Humankind can consume any milk as we are more resilient as a species whereas animals can’t. So, does this mean our bodies require milk when we grow into adulthood?
The answer may surprise you and it’s NO.

Milk is an excellent vehicle of infection because its fat content actually protects the pathogens from the gastric acid, and being fluid, it has a short gastric transit time, the pathogens can grow easily in pasteurised milk. There has been a steady increase in the infant death rates from cow’s milk and stats reveal its 84%, even in an era of antibiotics infants that are fed a formula of cow’s milk are 80% more likely to suffer from diarrhoea and 70% develop nagging ear infections when compared to natural breastfed infants. Milk has lots of negative conditions to hinder the Christian including fatigue, muscle pain, tension headaches, allergies, congestion, asthma arthritis and is proven to lower the human IQ. If the IQ is lowered is it any wonder we read the Bible and take it at face value without the indwelled Holy Spirit?
If cow’s milk is bad for human consumption why do we consume dairy?
Because we are brainwashed into believing we need calcium for healthy bones, and the dairy industry are driven by prosperity, why change something if it sells right?
With breastfeeding mothers antibodies are passed on to the child with white blood cells. Breast milk contains Lactoferrin which blocks E-Coli bacteria growth. Anything that is sold in half measures like skimmed milk, lactose-free milk is just poor substitutes, it’s just a half-hearted attempt to solve a dangerous problem. The proper milk an adult human body needs are as followed soy milk, rice milk, oat milk, nut milk, and coconut milk. If you top up your diet with fruits, vegetables, nuts and legumes which contain Boron this helps to stop calcium loss. Greens such as kale and broccoli contain lots of beneficial calcium. The job as a Christian is to save souls and as a Christian myself I feel it’s my duty to give you the knowledge like Jesus tried to do when he graced the earth. My first book on the plant based diet is also there to educate mankind, but it’s ultimately down to each individual to act accordingly on the information gained. Jesus was pure and Holy and would let nothing hinder his ministry, we must all remember that we are a spirit, soul and body and all need proper nourishment to be an optimal Ambassador of Christ. The Apostle Paul taught that we should all take care of our bodies:

But the tender mercies of the wicked are cruel.”
The animals are a species with their own needs, wants and desires, but mankind has devalued Gods will thinking they know better how the Lord’s creatures should live on this earth. Today the son of man would want mankind to change every aspect of our lives to seek physical, spiritual and ethical methods as standard. People can argue that animal sacrifice in the Bible labels God as cruel and bloodthirsty, but Jesus teaches:

Then I said, “Behold, I have come—in the volume of the book it is written of Me—To do Your will, O God.”
Previously saying, “Sacrifice and offering, burnt offerings, and offerings for sin You did not desire, nor had pleasure in them” (which are offered according to the law).
If we want to be more like Jesus we have to love and respect, and be the stewards to every living thing including our bodies. Living plants that oxygenate the earth were designed for giving, we need to give back and not alter the fabric of design. We should always look to the scripture and Christ for guidance and stop believing in everything that we are told by the prosperity-driven food industries.

“You open Your hand and satisfy the desire of every living thing.”
God created all the animals and communicates lovingly with them. Elijah in 1 Kings 17:4-6 teaches that the creator commanded Ravens to bring him food and they did. The Almighty has invested endearment, time and effort into the humans just like he has invested an attachment in all his creation. Animals also reveal the Lord’s sovereignty bringing glory and praise to God just by their very existence. The animals are a marvel of design showcasing the natural beauty the Lord established at the creation. The animals are smarter than we think and have no right to suffering the slaughterhouse and mass farming methods just because we deem them necessary as food. If animals have the capacity to enjoy life, they also have the ability to be happy. As stewards of the animals, this is what the creator desires. Humans and animals will dwell together once again in harmony when Christ returns, and we must all remember we have part of God’s nature that’s why we love animals and have them as pets. Pets provide unconditional love and companionship like God wants to have with his fellow man-made in his image. The animals are there to communicate the Lord’s integrity in the intelligent design as it’s not a function of purposeless processes, humans find and discover attributes of God whereas animals do not. God is love and humans are created to love using both wills which are intertwined. All human beings have a concept of the majesty of God. There is no excuse by the prosperity-driven industries to make animals suffer or to tell things that are good to consume when they are clearly not, at judgment day the creator will judge everyone accordingly. After Adam died there was a gradual decline in the age of human life, Adam was 930 years old, Seth was 912, Enosh was 905 and it works down to Joshua who passed away at the age of 110 years old. Today in the modern world we reduce it further by what we eat and drink which is just what Satan wants, so why weaken the gene pool further?
So, what about the meat we consume today?
People often smugly state that humankind has always killed and eaten the animals as we are carnivores to try to justify the act of killing. So maybe we should not try to prevent people from murdering each other since this has been achieved for millennia?
So, let’s all embrace the Garden of Vegan and stop all the cruelty to Gods animals. The Lord is love, and his will is “Thou shall not kill.” Which is part of the Ten Commandments and ingrained into the human heart in the New Testament by Christ, this includes the creator’s animals. It is not our right to deny the animals their freedom, and kill them for meat. Suffering is suffering at the end of the day; how can a born-again Christian eat a murdered animal?
If we take away the love we remove the greatest commandment and the earth resembles a tomb. There is no fundamental difference between mankind and animals in the ability to feel pleasure, pain, happiness and suffering. We do not need to eat the animals and a Vegan diet is the optimal nutritional diet for mankind backed up by science and the Bible. If we cherish all the creatures why do we plunge a fork in others?
Would you want your only child to be imprisoned, mutilated, tortured and killed in the name of the food industry?
Recognise the meat for what it is, a pesticide, un-nutritious corpse of a tortured being. What’s the difference between ISIS beheading people and mankind beheading thirty million animals every day?
For as long as mankind kills God’s animals they will kill each other, killing animals is murder and the suffering will never reap the joy and love of the newly created earth when Christ comes back. The stewardship of the animals should be consummated with honourable conduct. Mankind is charged by the all-knowing to be ambassadors and be faithful, compassionate and caring. There is so much suffering around the globe today, that humankind blames each other for, or God. If we rebuke the Devine being then we are also judging him, and only he can judge. So many individuals have animals as loving pets, treating them as part of the family. If dogs and other animals dream then they must have a memory, they are also capable of pleasure and pain, so what can we say with eight million pigs slaughtered daily?
Humankind was fashioned in the image of God from the spiritual kind, which grants us special privileges over the creator’s animals as dominion with compassion. To live righteous life humankind must stop all the injury to the Lord’s animals, they are not dumb and just for food as some people suggest. Don’t forget we are educated that man evolved from a common ancestor, so maybe it’s mankind that is dumb?
The Lord teaches at the creation:

“Both thorns and thistles it shall bring forth for you,
And you shall eat the herb of the field.”
Are the humans designed to eat the meat?
So, people argue that we are not designed at all and we gradually evolved. Humankind, as we have already established, was designed by God, made in his image to adapt to the environment within their Kind. Within their kind determines that they are the same species, if it was a new species then a distinct set of instructions are essential every time but nothing that scientists claim evolved has a different set of coded information. Darwin claimed he observed the evolution on the Galapagos island, but in reality, the finches have shown their God-given abilities to adapt and survive the tough times, while keeping within their created Kind. So, the next time someone tells you the Galapagos finches prove the evolution, then how does size fluctuations in already existing beaks explain how the bird’s beaks evolved in the first place?
If there was nuclear war mankind would adapt to the environment and still stay within their Kind. The animals that are designed to eat the plants are fashioned to forage at a low physical energy cost. The predators that are designed to consume other animals are fashioned for fast efficient killing expending minimal energy. Carnivores generally seek out the weaker prey which is easier to take down expending less vital energy, whereas the herbivores forage the most beneficial, nutritious living plants and fruits for optimal health and wellbeing. The carnivores also have the ability to consume rotting flesh or dead animals that they come across without contracting any disease. Humankind has the mindset of God to be a herbivore to embrace optimal health and nutrition enabling us better to worship and serve the Lord, that’s why food consumption as a born-again Christian is vitally important in fuelling the body which is the temple of the Holy Spirit. Mankind was designed to stand tall whereas the animals can crouch down with little or no effect on their form, or run on all fours. We must remember that all the carnivores must use the energy to resist gravity. Carnivores also have a highly tuned eye site for night vision, superior at detecting movement even at greater distances. Eighty per cent of all the animals killed by predators have some kind of disease or cancer and the carnivores can detect the weakness and the vulnerability of species that could be easier to catch. So, what does this say about the meat humans consume today?
Some domestic dogs are being specially trained today to sniff out cancers and other growths in humans. Herbivores are designed for foraging, walking or roaming long distances expending less energy, and generally, have straight limbs not bent normally associated with the carnivores. They are often found in social groups just like humans and are active throughout the day sleeping at night. Healthy animals can nearly always outrun a carnivore if it’s sick, vulnerable or is carrying a disease it will always be targeted first. Herbivores may have colour vision, stand for four hours and generally thrive longer from a healthy diet rich in nutritious plant protein. Human beings are fashioned for walking while foraging, we used to be adept in foraging but over time technology and lifestyle has eroded key skills now lost to time. The physical form is not created to chase things down for food consumption although many people argue against this point. God created each human being to be social entities to be active during the day and rested at night. If we take the female form if she is pregnant can she hunt?
The answer is no as she was not designed for this role. The woman as we know has a longer gestation period which mimics the large herbivores. The human babies are known before conception and marked by God needing food for optimal brain development, from the mother’s milk after their Kind, whereas the dairy as we have learnt is specifically designed for the animal Kind to build fat and muscle quickly for a developing calf. Cow’s milk is incredibly rich and contains nearly three times as much protein as human breast milk and lots of saturated fat. Have you ever thought you could produce butter or ice cream from a human mother’s breast milk?
Well, the answer is, it’s impossible to
create the dairy from breast milk because there is little fat content to complete the process. All carnivores have specially designed teeth for ripping, tearing and cutting flesh and very importantly they do not chew their food, as the saliva has no enzymes to break it down effectively. They also have a PSI bite strength where is hardly needed by humans who have the lowest of their Kind. The herbivores have complex structures fashioned for a plant based diet and speciality teeth equipped for grinding the food. Carnivores also lap up the water, whilst humans and herbivores can suck it up for optimal hydration. A human oesophagus is smaller than the carnivores, carnivores swallow large chunks of meat, whereas we grind and chew our food swallowing small chunks. Ninety per cent of all the choking-related deaths each year are associated with meat consumption. A carnivore’s stomach is extremely acidic and able to dissolve bones, some are so large that they can consume twenty-thirty per cent of their own body weight in one meal. Most carnivores only hunt successfully once in seven to ten days so they will eat more than they require to compensate. We understand on average a human male needs around two thousand five hundred calories a day and a woman around two thousand, yet a typical wolf can consume up to twenty-one thousand calories in one day. Mankind and the herbivores must eat several times a day to maintain a healthy diet meeting calorific needs and humans and herbivores have an appendix whereas the carnivores do not. The food stays in the stomach of a human generally a maximum of three hours and spends the majority of its time in the colon, so if we eat foods that take longer to digest like meat and dairy, they stay longer in the stomach causing problems like ulcers, when it’s finally in the colon it can cause other problems like constipation or increase the risk of developing cancer. The carnivores never get gallstones as their bile is strong enough to dissolve them, this is why it’s a sort after medicine by the Chinese practitioners. If humans eat enough vegetable matter our bodies will convert beta-carotene into vitamin A, carnivores are incapable of doing this. Humans can’t consume rotting flesh and can develop heart conditions if they eat too much saturated fat. Time Magazine wrote a fascinating article about Epigenetics proving how the diet affects and regulates our DNA, so a poor diet can alter the structure of our information enabling us to pass on disease and complications to the next generation by adaptation of the gene, which Satan knows only too well. This is where most scientists fall down as adaptation is not evolution, it’s the same information after its kind just tampered with. So, this teaches us that humankind is at fault for modifying the gene pool, not God, so if we eat an organic plant based diet the DNA modification stops as long as it is not falsely advertised as organic produce. In this day and age even being a vegetarian or vegan is hard. We all can eat foods that we think is healthy but that might not necessarily be the case. The answer is to eat the foods God provided for us doing our best, with the knowledge of God and books like this. Our immune system is designed to handle hardship we just need a balance, tip the balance and that’s where we see the problems starting to manifest. If soy was so bad for us like many scientists claim then Japan and China would be dead, yet they have been consuming this protein plant based food for centuries. The excuses can take many forms, the truth is prosperity drives the human mind driven by an addiction to dairy and meat products. People can still argue that we are Omnivorous like chimpanzees as they have sharp and flat based teeth, bears and racoons are also Omnivores that have only slight modifications to their digestion system. So, what does this tell us?
The omnivores have slight modifications after their Kind that allows them to extract some plant-based nutrients, but they still retain the Carnivore body structure, the bigger stomachs and the ability to eat rotting tissue. They are unable to eat a super-rich based diet high in roughage like humankind can achieve. I keep telling the reader about Kinds, scripture tells us that God created Kinds but within each Kind is the potential for variety. Variety does not equate to evolution, nor does variation, it’s simply and logically the new combinations of already existing DNA within a fixed Kind. Notice I said Fixed, for the evolution to occur brand new DNA would have to be added to the information already present in the code but this has never happened. DNA can be lost, mixed, rearranged and even damaged through diet and diseases, but never added to in a meaningful way. For example, horses after their Kind mankind has been able to select from the genes already present to produce variety, this is not evolution but speciation, speciation is everywhere in all the living plants and animals and is exactly what Darwin observed on the Galápagos Islands by finches adapting to the changing environment. So, is the consumption of meat addictive?
The stimulant Hypoxanthine has an effect similar to caffeine, the muscle cells of the meat contain this which increase in concentration as the flesh ages. Similar substances such as inosimic acid and Guanylic acid are also present in the meat that can affect the central nervous system as the stimulants are highly addictive. Again, note that addiction occurs and it targets the brain. Meat is a metabolism booster which is not necessarily a good thing, some people have reported having up to two weeks of withdrawal symptoms giving up the meat-based products. The logic dictates that five minutes of pleasure on the tongue is not worth a lifetime of ill health and aiding the cruelty to animals. The blood in the meat contains albumin, haemoglobin and gamma globulin, and all of these trigger receptors or cravings for the meat. Dairy is no different the protein in dairy Casein causes cravings for cheese and other products because it crosses the blood brain barrier and becomes casomorphins causing the addiction, though some argue that the foods high in saturated fat, sugar and salt change our very taste buds to crave more is the cause of the addiction. There are many fruits and plant based sources that are addictive, but this is beneficial as the Eden diet is the optimal nutrition for mankind. The studies have proven that dairy and meat consumption are just as addictive as any illicit or pharmaceutical drug. Food is a gift from the Lord, it’s God’s love made edible. God makes it very plain that the children and grandchildren (to the fourth generation) will pay for the folly of the parents who ignore the Lords health rules. The children and grandchildren inherit weakened sickly bodies when the mother and the father defy the creator’s rules for their lives. Is this what you want for your dear children and grandchildren?
There is a lot of false information around on YouTube and Google about vitamin B12. The majority of people say that you can only get it from meat and dairy, this is completely false. Naturally occurring B12 is found in Nori the dried sheet found in sushi restaurants, dried purple laver is also a natural plant product it’s located in. Shiitake mushrooms have relatively high levels of vitamin B12, it is synthesised only by certain bacteria, B12 in the eggs and the cow’s milk is poorly absorbed, and in some people, they have malabsorption with certain gastric dysfunctions where they have to take an injection for life, generally, the processed foods should be avoided. To get vitamin B12 it’s from unwashed organic produce, B12 is produced by the bacteria found in the soil that is used to grow organic produce, the soil is rich in vitamin B12. The farmers need to be educated that it’s being depleted from the soil due to applying pesticides, fungicides, herbicides, and insecticides to the living plants. There are fortified foods that contain B12 like rice milk, nut milk, cereals, energy bars and Soy. Wheatgrass, tofu some vegetarian burgers, nutritional yeast, marmite, kidney beans, millet, sprouts and nuts like almonds also have quantities of B12 in. Unpasteurized sauerkraut is another source the people can buy. The Hunza people have been known to live to 120 years old living only on a plant based diet, the reality is this:
A plant based diet full of fruits and nuts, grown in proper organic farming methods, clean unpolluted air, free from (acid rain, industrial pollution) and a diet of seeds especially apricot seeds and kernels, the Hunza people living in Pakistan prove that the lifestyle is to blame as their soil is richer in nutrients without anything chemically altered. It must be also noted that some Hunza people do eat meat. The seeds, in general, can all be eaten the myth of cyanide poising is just ridiculous, there are small amounts of cyanide in some seeds but they are there to attach to the cells inside the body that are cancerous and it destroys them, that’s why the Hunza people never get cancer. Use a bit of logic, has any of the supermarkets got signs telling you not to consume the fruit seeds?
Is there any warning signs for the babies not to consume the fruit seeds?
Of cause, not it’s just false information because the meat and dairy industry is profit-driven, and know that the vegetarian and Vegan lifestyles are on the increase, just like the cow’s milk is designed for cows, we are the only species that consumes another species milk. There is nothing documented in the Scripture that instructs mankind to eat meat, the fifth commandment states very clearly “Thou shall not kill.”
If the Almighty wanted the man to initially kill the animals from creation he would have worded it differently like “Thou shall not kill apart from the animals which are for food.” Please remember the animals were needed to be killed for a time period only as of the substitute blood atonement until Christ became the ultimate substitution and to allow mankind to re-establish crops and agriculture after the great biblical flood. We are all advocates against human slavery but enslave millions of animals every single year in appalling conditions. We can reduce the percentage of disease as Christians as generally all the foods have been modified, and disease influenced through the actions of mankind, influenced by Satan. If Sodom and Gomorrah were considered bad at that time what can the Lord picture in the modern age?
Mankind attacks the body made in the image of God in many ways, from smoking, eating the wrong foods, self-mutilation, changing the very DNA makeup by disease adaptation, homosexuality, trying to look and dress like the opposite sex and much more. We know that the human soul needs atonement and is the part of us that is purified and protected by the truth and the work of the Holy Spirit, and Jesus is the great shepherd of the souls. Then the ultimate sin that mankind has adapted is Love. We don’t know how to love anymore, the agape love of the Bible is a sacrifice for one another, within the marriage covenant, a man and a woman only. The love is warped from the spiritual world of perfection, God allows us to know Satan’s mind at every level and options. The devil has always wanted to destroy the Lord’s creation and the animals through his expression, from the start with Eve, to infiltrating the church today. Evil takes many forms in humans, animals, church, music, clothing, genders, food and much more. We can all be deceived through the eyes just like Eve, and be indoctrinated from birth with false, music, TV, radio, adverts, foods and false scientific claims. We must remember for the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil. It is through this craving that many have wandered away from the faith and pierced themselves with many sorrows. The modern generation does not know the true taste of vegetables or the required growing methods that our forefathers had and used for centuries because the top industries are prosperity driven to catch the attention and the eyes, and to mass-produce chemically altered produce for consumption. If we buy food that is already boiled, or frozen, then microwave it what exactly are we eating?
Most of the vitamins are destroyed in the first place, then microwaving just alters the water structure like a nuclear explosion destroying anything that might have been beneficially nutritious for the human body. If we eat meat, dairy and microwave it there is nothing wholesome for the human body. Ten billion animals are slaughtered on average each year in the US alone and eighteen million fish because it’s what we’ve always done so it can’t be wrong, can it?
The meat and the fish taste good so we have to kill them?
Most people are not raised vegetarian or vegan, and many people have asked me I can still die of cancer being a vegetarian or a vegan. The bigger picture as I mentioned earlier is, we like to modify and adapt even if it’s not beneficial for the human body. We put things into the food, the ground, the water supply that harms the form but is beneficial for prosperity. Multibillion-dollar industries have been established that have completely destroyed mankind’s identity as moral citizens with a brain to think for themselves. False information and watered-down knowledge produce articles, YouTube videos, and differences of opinion that lead to confusion and hostility towards groups that are there to teach the truth. Christianity is a prime example of the persecuted church of Christ throughout the centuries and the scripture twisted and adapted to suit man’s own selfish desires and needs. Animals can’t fight back or give a defence and it gets conveniently tucked under the carpet because that’s what we have always done why change?
There is one thing we all have to have in common with each other and that’s peace. Animals can see, hear, touch, taste and use their brains to think, yet we relegate them to just a commodity. God teaches us right from wrong and hands responsibility to the biblically trained parents, a man and a woman only. The man is the head and answers to Christ, where the woman is the helper designed to help the man who is her head of the family to raise biblically taught children knowing right from wrong who can train their families, having dominion over the animals with humility. Proper education is taught by the Word of God empowered by the Holy Spirit that conditions the human mind to touch the beauty all around us, removing the false ideas of humanity and ultimately respect all of God’s creations. Animals are a gift to make us happy but not as meat, and as a means to properly maintain the planet through the diversity of kinds. We have embraced hatred whether we agree or not, we are racists, sexists, and anti-religious with unethical views and practices. We are masters of exploitation killing species, tampering with the DNA of man and creatures because we all believe it’s our God-given right to dominate Kinds. We actually treat rapists, murderers and paedophiles with more humility than most of the creatures on this planet. If humans massacred each other at the same rate we are slaughtering the animals we would be extinct in seventeen days. Eating the meat causes global warming, water depletion, pollution, ocean dead spots, deforestation, species extinction, habitat loss, human starvation, suffering, ill-health and exploitation. We take animals freedom, their babies, friends, dignity and their lives so shortly we should all take responsibility for our actions especially born-again Christians who should know better. It makes no sense to go through an animal to get the nutrients that it’s already digested.
We claim to know right from wrong but why do we purposely breed animals to be killed from birth?
How can Christians follow God’s laws yet eat the animals?
Ninety-eight per cent of animals are butchered by the meat, egg and dairy industry. Humans are not carnivores as we have established, and do not have carnivorous instincts, we just acquire a taste for meat, cheese, milk and eggs which changes our taste buds, and our bodies adapt to the addiction. You can actually take out around ninety-five per cent of the saturated fat when you become Vegan. Animal protein as we have learnt is way too acidic for the human body which is why one in three people get cancer in their lifetime. If the blood which is life becomes too acidic from meat, it releases phosphate from the bone to clean it up, weakening the skeletal form in the process. The dairy industry says “We exist for you to get your calcium, get strong bones and live well.” Yet why are there shelves of devoted calcium supplements?
Why do they not inform us that animal protein makes the blood acidic leaching calcium out from the bones and passed through the urine?
Fifty-three billion land animals are slaughtered each year that eats grain set aside for them that could be sent to starving countries. The cows are raped every single day by a long metal divide that is plunged into the female’s vagina and the bull’s sperm is put inside, then the baby is forcefully ripped from its mother at birth, and she is known to cry for her calf for up to five days. If someone forcefully raped a human and stole the baby at birth would you not be distressed?

Soy milk is another product that people like to say is bad for consumption as it has estrogen in, yet meat and cow’s milk has twice the amount?
Yet the estrogen found in the soy is actually plant based which causes no harm to the human body, it’s always animal estrogen that is harmful after consumption. Soy is a Phyto-estrogenic plant and it binds to the receptors in your body that your own estrogen would attach to. However, the effects of phytoestrogens or plant estrogen type molecules are much weaker than the animal estrogen which dairy and meat contain a lot of including our own bodies. So, this means that before your own, animal estrogen can bind to the receptors, and the weaker plant estrogen will take its place. Animal products do the complete opposite, proving once again it’s false information. The key players turn a blind eye to animal suffering like the government, media and the food industries, while the meat industry always controls animal procreation. Fifty per cent of the crops every year is purposely set aside as the feed for the industries just so we can consume animal products. Philippians 3:19 tells us very clearly that ” Their (mankind) end is destruction, their God is their belly, and they glory in their shame, with minds set on earthly things.”
You can see why the human race is such an embarrassment to the creator, but of cause, we are just like a bunch of violent ape’s science tells us is our common ancestor. But the problem goes much deeper to the root because without the Word and the Holy Spirit we have been programmed not to care. People say religion is a form of brainwashing, so what about the food industries and the false propaganda around health?
I have read articles that plants are living and suffer just like human beings and Vegetarians are just as bad as meat-eaters?
Living plants are yes living but must have a central nervous system connected to the brain in order to suffer pain, that’s why people in hospitals that are clinically brain dead are called vegetables. If there is still any doubt in your mind then if there was a fire inside your house, you would naturally save yourself, your family and the pets but would you rush back in to save your plants because they might suffer?
The New Covenant laws are also not on stone they were elevated to the higher level of purity and written into the human heart. God’s wonderful law existed right from the creation “The beginning.” We are not saved by grace alone, but by the will of God in heaven. The law of God is the will of God. Animals are the will of God to be loved within his law, they are not a commodity, food and expressing cruelty which is no different to the Nazi concentration camps. God said all foods are clean in Mark chapter seven must not be taken out of context, we know all foods are not clean, this scripture is simply referring to the food in general not which meats are clean and unclean. The Bible verse was actually referring to eating food with unwashed hands, and the disciples were being criticised for not following the ceremonial hand washing from the religious tradition. Let’s all be wise the Bible never tells us to eat meat. Meat in scripture is referring to food in general like meal, flour and grain, not the animal flesh. Scripture makes this clear “I had my meat of herbs.”

Globally, the slaughter of the farmed animals for food increased to more than 50 BILLION individuals in 2003, not including any types of aquatic animals. The estimates, which are compiled and provided by the Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO) of the United Nations, are based on reports from more than 210 countries and territories. It is important to note that, while fairly comprehensive, these estimates may be significantly understated due to some countries or territories not reporting statistics and exclusions of some types of slaughter. With nearly 46 billion slaughtered in 2003, chickens accounted for 93% of all types of farmed animals included in the FAO database. Following chickens, more ducks were slaughtered for their flesh than any other animal; approximately 2.3 billion ducks were slaughtered in 2003. Not considering birds, the slaughter of pigs was highest with more than 1.2 billion pigs slaughtered in 2003, followed by more than 850 million rabbits slaughtered last year. These numbers indicate some significant changes compared to the slaughter statistics from 1998. Over the past five years, the slaughter of the birds for meat has increased substantially, driven by a 30% increase in ducks and a 20% increase in the chickens slaughtered. Goose Slaughter also increased significantly, 17% over the five-year period, while turkey slaughter grew at a relatively slow 4% since 1998. The period from 1998 to 2003 also saw significant global increases in the slaughter of rabbits (21%), goats (19%), camels (12%), asses (10%), sheep (10%), Buffalo (10%), and pigs (9%). On the other hand, the same five-year period saw decreases in the numbers of rodents (down 10%, not including rabbits) and mules (down 22%) slaughtered for their flesh. According to the FAO database, farmed animal production is highly concentrated in a handful of countries, most notably China and the United States. For each of the ten most slaughtered animals, at least half of the total 2003 slaughter is accounted for by the five highest-production countries. China slaughters more ducks, pigs, rabbits, geese, lambs, goats, cows and calves than any other country in the world. The US slaughters more chickens and turkeys than any other country and is second only to China when it comes to pig slaughter. Overall, in 2003 China slaughtered more than 10.5 billion animals for their flesh, while the US slaughtered more than 9.5 billion animals, not including aquatic animals in either case.

Can humans eat only a plant-based diet so they can better worship God on the earth?
When our Lord Jesus Christ graced the earth, there were only three major types of wheat. Einkorn, Emmer, and Tritium with grains like barley, millet, and rye. These grains are still the healthiest grains to eat.
25,000 varieties exist today in the modern world most of which was created by man in a laboratory to be disease resistant or to produce high yields all containing chemicals which are bad for us, so who is the more intelligent man or God?
The Almighty created the man in his image and also gave him the work to do in tending the garden. Working had always been a joyful experience but now God introduces toil, what does this mean?
Modern society generally feels work is burdened and most hate it.
Thorns and thistles mentioned in the scripture also hamper us. So, God had hampered his creation in producing the best foods possible to eat, we would “sweat” this can take energy and effort and cause ultimately stress. Over time mankind has derived ways to make this job easier with the machines and chemically altering fruit and veg to make it last longer:
Ecclesiastes 3:13
“And also, that every man should eat and drink and enjoy the good of all his labour it is the gift of God.”
Ecclesiastes 5:18
“Here is what I have seen: It is good and fitting for one to eat and drink, and to enjoy the good of all his labour in which he toils under the sun all the days of his life which God gives him; for it is his heritage.”
God wants us to consume the foods he created for us and not to alter his design. As man worshipped idols all throughout history the creator also does not want us to let any food or drink become our God. God created Adam and Eve perfect, some argue not as it says the earth was made Good and very good and gave mankind in his image ideal conditions in the garden of Eden, this means the perfect conditions to grow fruit and vegetables. Defectless fruit and vegetables gave the world’s first vegetarians nutritious Food filled with amino acids, vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants. Eating the optimally grown produce would have benefited from the warmth of the fingers of the sun. Adam and Eve were designed to be vegans with a digestive system coveted for uncooked plant foods. When Adam and Eve broke the law, their perfected bodies began to alter through their actions, and death came on the scene. Adam and Eve started to age and disease spread. The food which once was ideal produced allergies and the effectiveness of God’s creation were reduced. The whole Grains today are the best for us as they contain enzymes that assist in the proper digestion of the kernel of the grain. The grains contain wonderful minerals and are highly absorbable by the human body. Millet is high in calcium and is also alkaline. Grains contain antioxidants and lignans which help to keep the body’s natural cells healthy. There are over 70 antioxidants in brown rice alone. Masaru Emoto a Japanese author, researcher and entrepreneur discovered that human consciousness has effects on the molecular structure of the water. So, what does this have to do with our topic on the food?
Masaru conducted many scientific experiments understanding that the spoken words have vibration and spoke to the samples of the water collected in small containers. One was spoken to softly and the other shouted at to create the vibration through the sound. He then froze the water samples and studied them under a high-powered microscope. Amazingly he discovered that the beautiful melody and words form crystalline structures from the water molecules when played near which became structured, and the discordant tones formed chaotic patterns every time. Notice I said chaotic patterns formed every time so is there hidden messages in the very water?
If the structure of water can be changed by the sounds it is also logical that the structure of the food can be altered by the word of God as a blessing, as lots of foods contain water and we also drink water. The human body is made up of 90 per cent water, so just like music can affect the frontal cortex, so can sound disturb the structure of the water. Food that contains water can also affect the body, and if it’s chemically altered by a man or Satan we can go in the wrong direction. Why do we bless our food?
So, we focus not on the provision but upon the Source. Let’s not bless the food but bless the Lord who supplies all our needs, thereby we consecrate the meal and bring even the mundane actions under the gracious sovereignty of the King of the Universe. Remember food is already one of God’s blessings to us. Paul said:
Colossians 3:17
“Whatever you do in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.”
Also, something to consider is another angle if we bless our food and we have the power of the Holy Spirit nothing bad can harm the body or the temple to The Holy Spirit. In Mark 16 not even poison consumed will hurt the Saints.
Mark 16:18
“They will take up serpents, and if they drink anything poison it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”
The Bible also tells us an experiment was conducted by Daniel as he did not want to defile himself with the royal food and wine, so he asked the chief official for permission not to defile himself this way. Interesting that they were healthier after ten days of eating the vegetables and water only.
Daniel 1:12
“Please test your servants for ten days, and let them give us vegetables to eat and water to drink. Then let our appearance be examined before you, and the appearance of the young men who eat the portion of the king’s delicacies; and as you see fit, so deal with your servants.” So, he consented with them in this matter and tested them ten days.
And at the end of ten days, their features appeared better and fatter in the flesh than all the young men who ate the portion of the king’s delicacies. Thus, the steward took away their portion of delicacies and the wine that they were to drink, and gave them vegetables.”
People have a relationship with food it gives us the energy we need to exist and affects our physical emotions. People turn to nutrition for comfort when they have issues. Food can be an expression of love; the human heart connects to the eating experience through a shared meal with a loved one. The Food experience speaks truths about each one of us, do we really care what we put inside our body, junk food can affect the mood. Good clean food can make us more productive in worshipping God, with the blessing of the indwelled Holy Spirit we can do all things through Christ, as without him we can do nothing. From the time we are born, we develop a deep association linking food with emotions. When we are babies our cries are answered with either a mother’s breast or a bottle of milk. We celebrate occasions like weddings with food, we get drunk and look for sustenance to boost the sexual appetite. If we eat the processed foods which also contain pesticides, preservatives and artificial flavours and colours our liver and kidneys must work harder to process all these toxic chemicals. The spiritual yogis, monks, nuns, shamans, and other cultures have been using raw foods to help them attain enlightenment for centuries, although raw foods have become more and more popular over the years because of the health benefits they offer, many people and new born-again Christians have experienced a spiritual awakening as an added benefit. In the hospital when the body is ill doctors usually, recommend a light diet that the body recognises as beneficial for it. Some have said that Cain give an offering of the fruit of the ground to the Lord and God didn’t respect Cain and his offering. But God respected Abel and his offering from his flock and of the fat proves that we should be meat-eaters. This is false, generally, scholars say the acceptance and rejection of the offerings were due to the sovereign choice of God rather than the actions of Cain and Abel. Many assume Cain’s offering was rejected because it was not a blood sacrifice but rather the work of his hands. Some claim the problem to be the quality of Cain’s offering. While Abel brought his best to the Lord, Cain merely chose some fruit at random to give to God. Others see the problem in Cain’s attitude, rather than the specific offering that he brought. Cain responded by murdering Abel. God judged the murderer Cain by further cursing the ground and sending him away from the godly society. Clearly, vegetarianism was not in Gods thoughts.
Genesis 4:3-8
“And in the process of time, it came to pass that Cain brought an offering of the fruit of the ground to the Lord. Abel also brought of the firstborn of his flock and of their fat. And the Lord respected Abel and his offering, but He did not respect Cain and his offering. And Cain was very angry, and his countenance fell. So, the Lord said to Cain, “Why are you angry? And why has your countenance fallen? If you do well, will you not be accepted? And if you do not do well, sin lies at the door. And its desire is for you, but you should rule over it.” Now Cain talked with Abel his brother; and it came to pass, when they were in the field, that Cain rose up against Abel his brother and killed him.”
Another verse that has nothing to do with eating the meat is also quoted:
Acts 10:10-16
“About the sixth hour. Then he became very hungry and wanted to eat; but while they made ready, he fell into a trance and saw heaven opened and an object like a great sheet bound at the four corners, descending to him and let down to the earth. In it were all kinds of four-footed animals of the earth, wild beasts, creeping things, and birds of the air. And a voice came to him, “Rise, Peter; kill and eat.” But Peter said, “Not so, Lord! For I have never eaten anything thing common or unclean. And a voice spoke to him again the second time, “What God has cleansed you must not call common.” This was done three times. And the object was taken up into heaven again.”
This vision had nothing to do with the mission God had assigned to Peter, the vision was only to attract Peter’s attention. Peter knew that he was not to kill and eat the animals that were upon the sheet. He knew that God was only testing him. And now he knew, or at least highly suspected that the test was about the salvation of the Gentiles. God was not cleansing unclean animals and making them clean, he was showing Peter that he was about to cleanse the hearts of the people whom the Jews considered to be unclean. God’s timing is always perfect. Just as Peter was wondering about the true meaning of the vision, the Gentiles show up at Simon’s home. The very fact that Peter invited them into Simon’s household is further proof that Peter truly understood the meaning of the vision, and that it had nothing to do with the food, but only about the salvation of the Gentiles. And we have even greater proof that Peter understood the true meaning of the vision, for he freely entered the home of Cornelius.

Alcohol is 10% of the UK burden of disease and death, making alcohol one of the three biggest lifestyle risk factors for disease and death in the UK, after smoking and obesity.
An estimated 7.5 million people are unaware of the damage their drinking could be causing
Alcohol-related harm costs England around £21bn per year, with £3.5bn to the NHS, £11bn tackling alcohol-related crime and £7.3bn from lost workdays and productivity costs.
According to one study, of the 490 million people in the European Union, more than 23 million are dependent on alcohol. In Europe, alcohol contributes to nearly one in ten of all cases of illness and premature deaths each year. 39% of all traffic deaths involved alcohol in 2005. A typical 20-ounce fizzy drink contains 15 to 18 teaspoons of sugar and upwards of 240 calories. A 64-ounce cola drink could have up to 700 calories. People who drink this sugar time bomb do not feel as full as if they had eaten the same calories from solid food and do not compensate by eating less. When people manly juice today it’s because they are addicted to sugar, lots of people start off juicing fruit only, like a glass of fresh orange juice in the morning. It is a good start but we need to balance the intake to be healthy how do we do this?
We need to eat leafy greens as well. Fruit juices without their natural pulp give a huge sugar rush in the body which feeds diabetes and cancer. A glass of juice in the morning is certainly better than sugar-laden processed cereals and cow’s milk but our forms need much better to be at optimum performance and health. Healthy juicing is basically vegetable juice and the only fruits we really need to add are lemons and apple pesticide-free. The lifeblood of the green plants is chloroform which is the beautiful action of the sun and rain on the earth, this is the finest protein in the world. Lots of top athletes live only on these wonderful proteins. The vegetables are the perfect food that the creator ordained for us in Genesis 1:29-30 the green plants are very similar to our own lifeblood or the haemoglobin, so what does this actually mean?
We feed our very own vital fluid, so when we eat we purify our blood which in turn purifies the organs. Healthy blood means healthy organs and a healthy body. The creation diet is the best which is a diet of herbs, fruits, seeds, nuts, and green plants. A plant-based diet helps to prevent over 60 per cent of chronic disease-related deaths. The biggest myth is there is no protein in a plant-based diet. But God gave us the complete proteins of 9 essential amino acids that the body cannot produce. Chia seeds, Quinoa, hemp seeds etc are all fantastic for this, you do not have to eat meat to get your protein. The plants are full of nutrients, avocados are loaded with monounsaturated fats compared to junk food which has saturated fats. Digestion should be easy come, easy go. Plant-based foods have live enzymes which help us also to digest the food better and are high in alkaline properties. Much of the junk food we eat today is acidic in nature which induces inflammation in the body and causes the onset of the disease. It’s not expensive to be a vegetarian and you can save a lot of money, whole foods make you feel full so you actually eat less. The plant based diet brings you closer to God and it connects you to Mother Earth, all life forms created by God are worthy of life. Spirituality and food are all connected, a healthy body, a healthy mind, and a healthy soul. The vegetarians do not obsess over food, but are more passionate about life and feeling good because the creator shows his love for us through the healing properties of food he fashioned for us to eat. The creator is a spirit doctor, his foods boost our confidence, grant us peace, fill us with boosts of energy that no sugar-laded high-energy drink could ever give. Studies have shown that living foods have wondrous healing powers that can alleviate many illnesses such as low energy, allergies, digestive disorders, weak immune system, high cholesterol, obesity and weight problems. The research and real-life experiences have also shown that mankind can prevent the body’s healthy cells from turning into malignant cancerous cells by consuming mostly a raw food diet that includes whole organic foods. The foods that have been heated have lost most of their life force, and their beneficial enzymes are generally destroyed. The digestive system has to work harder and longer to process cooked foods to get nutrition and energy from them. Once cooked, food can lose up to 85 per cent of its nutritional value. Raw foodists call this dead food. Since we are essentially what we eat, consuming the dead energy of dead foods makes our bodies feel heavy and stagnant. It’s logical that the plants grow, mankind was made from the dirt where they grow, and we consume them. The body has trace elements such as iron, iodine, fluoride, copper, zinc, chromium, selenium, manganese and molybdenum which are vital for maintaining optimal health. Also referred to as microminerals, these trace elements are part of the enzymes, hormones and cells in the body, which is then topped up with the living foods to give balance and harmony. The most common molecule in humans is water, the water is life and in accordance with the living foods balances our bodies to function in unity with God and fellow man. Watermelon and strawberries contain about 92 per cent water per volume. Other fruits with high water content are grapefruits with 91 per cent, cantaloupe with 90 per cent and peaches with 88 per cent water. Fruits containing 87 per cent water include pineapple, cranberries, orange and raspberries. Apricots hold 86 per cent water, while blueberries and plums contain 85 per cent water. The water content of apples and pears is 84 per cent. Cherries and grapes contain an average of 81 per cent water. And, a banana’s composition includes 74 per cent water. On top of the vegetables, is the cucumber and lettuce, consisting of 96 per cent water. Zucchini, radish and celery are comprised of 95 per cent water. Ninety-four per cent of tomato’s weight is water, and green cabbage is 93 per cent water. Vegetables that contain 92 per cent water include cauliflower, eggplant, red cabbage, peppers and spinach. Broccoli is 91 per cent water by weight. Additional healthy hydrating foods include carrots with 87 per cent water and green peas and white potatoes with 79 per cent water. Green leafy vegetables, including spring greens, cabbage, swede, rocket, watercress, kale, broccoli and parsley (remember that spinach is not a good source of calcium; the calcium is bound to oxalates and therefore poorly absorbed) Fortified foods such as soya milk, calcium-set tofu, Oranges, kidney beans and black-eyed beans, nuts and seeds, Chickpeas and tahini and Almonds. Drinking hard water can provide 200mg of calcium daily, although soft water contains almost none. Why is mankind so different?
because we are spiritual beings. As spiritual beings, we have the one gift no other creature on earth has which is free will. Free will is necessary for us to be able to grow as spiritual beings. Yet it is this aspect of free will that allows us to go against our very own nature. Mankind has human nature and spiritual nature it is just that we have a choice to follow our true nature or rebel against it. Eden means fruitful or well-watered from the Aramaic root, or in Hebrew, it’s translated as pleasure or land of delights. Our mind is a garden, our thoughts are like seeds, you can grow flowers or you can grow many weeds. The man was put into the garden of delights where he could rest, have joy and peace in his heart, eat an abundance of fresh produce and worship the creator in the spirit and the truth. God was the world’s first true gardener. Like the plants of the earth, our purpose is to grow, mature and produce the fruit at the hands of Master Gardner.

A true recognition of the laws of God spreads the seed of understanding that the body is constructed to be a mirror of the Gardner (God) and watered by the Vine (Jesus Christ). If we abuse our form, human nature always looks for a cause but never blames itself. The creator has legislation for a reason to protect our capabilities of using free will and morality. Without proper morals, we are seeing today a lawless world and a diet that is literally killing us. People look at Leviticus and laugh today at the dietary system for a chosen people but still look for the answers for the same old problems. A new study said that all the sugar-free fizzy drinks are worse for us than the original ones?

These foods specifically target bone strength. Bones are 23% sodium and these foods are 23% sodium. If you don’t have enough sodium in your diet the body pulls it from the bones, making them weak.
